Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately when a pet is matted bathing, drying, and grooming becomes a very difficult and painful process. If your pet is matted, you may incur additional charges based on the severity of the matting. If the pets coat is too matted and the only humane option is to shave the coat, we will shave the coat. At that level of severity it would be unethical to send the pet home without removing the matting first. In a case like this, it is possible that your pet may develop rashing, bruising, itching, mild bleeding, redness, skin irritation, etc. as a result of the coat removal.
